Clear Hallways: Students, make sure that you keep your backpacks/athletic bags out of the hallways.  Having them there creates a fire hazard.  If you leave your backpack/athletic bags in the hallway there is a possibility that it will be confiscated by security.

JunioR HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS

JH Daycare: JH students, if you arrive at school before 7:30am, you must sign-in to Daycare. If you need to go to Daycare after school, you must sign-in by 2:45pm. JH students may not wander the hallways before or after school.

HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS

HS March Madness: March Madness will be taking place next week. Sign-ups will begin this Thursday 3/6 in the ASB office. In order to participate in any game, you must sign up the day before. No exceptions. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Nuno or Mrs. Cardenas.

College Visits: 3/18 Hope International University | 3/25 Cal State Fullerton

QuestBridge College Prep Scholars Program for HS Juniors: If you are a current Junior and interested in going to the college, this could be the program for you! Apply for free at questbridge.org by March 20th and/or see Mrs. Naaktgeboren for more information.

Parking Permits:  Attention student drivers!  If you are currently driving to school, you must fill out a parking permit application and submit it to the Office. Applications are available in the High School Office, on the rack adjacent to the front doors.

SENIORS

Risher Mortuary & Cremation Scholarship: $500 scholarship available, see Mrs. Naaktgeboren for more details or check out the email that was sent to your parents. Deadline for resume and essay submission is March 14.

Cerritos Complete Promise Program: Seniors, make sure you sign up for this program by March 23; FAFSA is part of the process so if you haven’t submitted FAFSA, do it! This application is not binding, so check out the senior hallway college bulletin to learn more about this program.  June 30 is the enrollment deadline to commit to Cerritos College.
